Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical features of adverse drug reactions(ADR) occurred to 630 cases and provide reference for rational use of drugs in the clinical treatment. Methods The route of administration, drug category,anti-microbial drug classification,ADR-involved organs or systems and clinical manifestations, etc.of 630 ADR cases collected from 2008 to 2010 were analyzed statistically. Results Patients over the age of 60 years showed the highest incidence(23.81%).Most of ADR cases were induced by intravenous administration(71.59%).62.54% of ADR cases were due to use of anti-microbial drugs, including 118 ADR cases after use of cephalosporins.Main clinical manifestations of ADR cases were lesion of skin and its appendants(44.76%).Conclusion There are many factors related to occurrence of ADR,thus the monitoring of ADR should be strengthened to ensure rational use of drugs for clinical purposes and reduce the incidence of ADR.
