Abstract
Permian System of Southern China formed in the epicontinental basin which there are unhomogeneous basal structure. On the Southern China plate, the permian structural frame and sedimentation and coal-accumulation, were controlled by evolution of Tethys sea. Permian system in Southern China may be divided into six Ⅲgrade sequences. On the sequence stratigraphic border in different structural area, there are particular distinguish mark. The sequence strata has different model, primarily showing that lower system territory (LST) has different depositional features and in the different system territory there are different coal-accumulating laws.
