Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study on antibacterial action of compound Houyanling oral solution in vitro .METHODS Using as test bacteria isolated from clinic, minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) and minimal bactericidal concentration (MBC) of compound Houyanling oral solution were observed.RESULTS MIC of compound Houyanling oral solution was 64 to 128 times and MBC was 32 to 64 times,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Compound Houyanling oral solution was inhibitory drug and bactericide on all test bacteria in different extent, and antibacterial spectrum was wide.
