Abstract
Based on the flood characteristics of Nen river basin,the three sources Xi'anjiang model is established for the main right bank tributary of Nenjiang river.Under the condition of observation data shortage,SCE-UA algorithm is taken to optimize parameters automatically,which obtains better result and has reference meaning to compile flood forecasting scheme for the area with the data shortage.
