Abstract
Response surface method(RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonic extraction of flavonoids from black peanut skin.On the base of single factor method, the influencing factors were determined by RSM with three factors and three levels according to Box-Benhnken theory for center united experiments.Using the extraction yield of flavonoids as response value, the response surface and contour were graphed. The results showed that alchohol concentration, ultrasonic power and ultrasonic temperature were key factors to the extraction of flavonoids and the optimal conditions for the extraction were as follows: ratio of material to solvent(1 ∶ 60),ultrasonic time(15min),alcohol concentration(59%),ultrasonic power(200W) and ultrasonic temperature(34℃);under the optimum extraction conditions, the extraction yield of flavonoids was 5.433%.It was concluded from verification experiments that the optimal extraction procedure of flavonoids from black peanut skin has some practical value in laboratory operations.
