Multidimensional Turns of Local University Library Construction in the Vision of “ Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan”

Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan is a great reform plan initiated by the ministry of education. Aimed at industry and enterprise deeply participating in the process of training talents,this plan requests schools cultivate high-quality engineering talents of strong innovation ability,entrepreneurial ability,and practical ability,according to the general standards and industry standards. As documentation center and talents cultivation base of university,the library must be actively involved in the cultivation of excellent engineers. In the vision of Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan,this paper inquires into local university library multidimensional turns in construction concept,vision of construction,developmental strategies,as well as the concept of service,aiming to integrate closely with Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan in several aspects,such as entity collection construction,characteristic electronic resources construction,information dissemination and service capabilities,and to make due contributions to the cultivation of excellent engineers.
