Discussion on Innovation of University Library's Services under the Background of "Excellent Engineers Education Training Plan"

Excellent engineers education training plan is a great reform plan initiated by the ministry of education.Being as an important institution of university,the library must adapt to the current higher education teaching reform direction,actively participate into the educational reform of university and the cultivation of excellent engineers.Based on expounding the features of excellent engineers education training plan,this paper analyzes the new requirements of university's education and teaching reform and innovative talents cultivation for the library,and in the light of the problems currently existing in library service for university's teaching and scientific research and innovative talents cultivation,puts forward some strategies for library's service innovation from aspects of the cultivation of students' innovation ability,the establishment of learning resource repository and resources co-construction and sharing platform,and the construction of library's talent team,etc.
