Establishing the Theoretical Basis of Rural Social Insurance System——From Social Related Visual Angle

The theory of rural social insurance system has not been widespread concerned in academic circles.From social related visual angle,this article studies the four theoretical bases carefully for establishing the theoretical basis of rural social insurance system,which include the right of farmers for social insurance,value orientation of rural social insurance legislation,the nature and purpose of rural social insurance system,and state responsibility in rural social insurance system.
