Abstract
During the enforcement of electric power law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter called as Electric Power Law) encounters a series of problems, such as electric power supervision, electric power market, price and charge of electric power and claims to damages of electricity, all of which should be urgently solved through amendment of electric power law.
