Abstract

The window work in the library is the circulation service, the quality of which is related to the explorations and use of the library works resources, and it has a direct effect on the reputation and image of the library as well. Inviting the SERVICE standard idea into the circulation service in library is of great benefit to improve the quality of the library service and therefore we can be rewarded with the belief of the readers.
