The Path Selection of Low-carbon Economic Development in China

When China opens its door,China's economy has been booming,but economic development brings the increasingly serous resource and environmental problems. The current model of economic development becomes unsustainable. Low-carbon economy is an economic development mode characterized by low energy consumption,low pollution and low emissions. Development of low-carbon economy is an effective means to solve our current economic and social problems. The opportunities and challenges that the development of low-carbon economy face were analyzed,it was concluded that China's development of low-carbon economy should take the following measures: 1strengthen system innovation,speed up the low carbon economy legislation,develop low carbon economy mode policy system; 2 adjust the industrial structure and energy structure; 3 encourage low-carbon technology research and innovation; 4promote the low carbon economy pilot; 5 using carbon sink potential; 6public participation,and establishment of low carbon lifestyle and consumption concept.
