Study on Human Capital Development Strategy

Human capital plays more and more important roles in the national economy and enterprises.The enterprises invest more and more in the human capital development.But in practice,the investment in the human capital is very low.The main reason is that the human capital development strategy can not match the character of the different human capital.This paper divides the human capital into four types and divides the human capital development strategy into standard strategy and personal strategy.Then,this paper gives a new idea of the match mode of the human capital development strategy and the type of the human capital.It can give a new perspective for the pricing of the human capital.
