Abstract
【Objective】To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation training on recovery of upper extremity function in stroke patients.【Method】46 patients were divided into observation group(n =23) and control group(n =23).Control group was treated with motor relearning therapy and observation group was treated with comprehensive rehabilitation training. The upper extremity function was assessed by Fugl-Meyer(FMA) and Fenchay score and the activities of daily living was assessed by Barthel score before and 3,6 months after treatment.【Result】The FMA,Fenchay and Barthel scores in two group after the treatment increased respectively as compared with those before the treatment. There were significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).The follow-up scores of FMA,Fenchay and Barthel in the observation group at 3 and 6 months were higher and those in the control group were no different. There were significant differences between the two groups(P 0.05).【Conclusion】Comprehensive rehabilitation training has significant efficacy for improving upper extremity function and activities of daily living in stroke patients.
