An Approach to Construction-management of Laboratory in Colleges and Universities

Enhancing the construction- management of laboratory in colleges and universities is an important compo- nent of management work of teaching in colleges and universities,the enhancement of construction-management of laboratory for raising teaching quality and training innovational talent plays a decisive role.In light of enhancing the work of construction -management of laboratory in colleges and universities in this paper,the enhancement of pro- gram construction and management in laboratory was offered and the management system of scientificity,standardiza- tion and systematization was built up,the experimental teaching and scientific research were served through enhancing construction of laboratory contingent and giving fully play to laboratory technician's dynamic role.
