Abstract
The core of the socialistic new rural construction is to increase the farmers' income and make them well-off.The supply of the rural public goods beyond the system increases the burdens of the farmers.The insufficiency of the supply affects the increase of the farmers' income.We must fully know that to increase the supply of rural public goods is a fundamental project in the new rural construction and of the great significance in increasing the farmers' income,reducing the gap between the city and the countryside,resolving the public risk and constructing the harmonious society.We must establish the Four-in-one supply system and construct the multi-body and multilevel supply pattern through the innovation of the system and the mechanism in order to guarantee an efficient supply.
