Abstract

As is common in the world,land expropriation has become the chief source of newly-increased construction land with the rapid development of economic construction of China.This paper argues that it is of great significance for the effective reform and perfection of the land expropriation compensation system and the security of sustainable social and economic development and social stability to use for reference the helpful experience of the developed countries in land exporpriation compensation.
