Abstract

Objective:To establish HPLC fingerpr int of Radix Puerariae[Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi].Methods:Chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Puerariae was determined by RP-HPLC(DAD)and data were analysed by Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation Software to compare the similarity of Radix Puerariae samples fro m different habitats.Results:The HPLC fingerprint of Radix Puerariae was es tablished preliminarily.Conclusion:HPLC fingerprint method is repeatable and can b e used in quality assessment of Radix Puerariae.
