Abstract
Objective: To study the influence on weight and the ability of aerobic exercise in passive smoking mice.Method: 56 Kunming male mice were divided averagely into four groups,and each group is made of experimental group and control group.The Experimental group smoked passively one week,two weeks,three weeks and four weeks according to the plan.The control group did not smoke.After having done passive smoking plan,experimental group and its control group mice were weighed and then swam to exhaustion.Results: The average weight gain in passive-smoking group is obviously lower(P0.05 or P0.001) than that in control group after two weeks passive smoking.The average exercise time of exhaustive swimming of control groups are significantly longer than that of the experimental groups in group C and D(P0.05).Conclusion: Passive smoking can slow mice's growth and decrease the ability of aerobic exercise of mice greatly.
