Abstract

Taking the Miao Household Museum at Shanjiang as a case, this paper is to discuss the functions and revelations of the Miao Household Museums in protecting and inheriting Miao culture as a NG force. It reaches a conclusion that the Miao Household Museum plays a key role in upholding Miao culture, preserving Miao cultural legacy, promoting a sustainable development and opening a window towards the outside world.
