Application of Tanreqing Injection in Post Liuer Cancer Surgery

Objective To observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of Tanreqing injection in post liver cancer surgery.Methods 57 patients with liver cancer were divided into two groups.The treatment group of 30 patients(M19,F11;age(53±s24)a),the control group of 27 patients(M14,F13;age(53±s26)a).Two groups had the same way of liver cancer surgery and the similar therapeutic methods besides the treatment group received Tanreqing injection 20 ml,iv,gtt,qd.Observe the two groups's temperature,cough,phlegm,experimental phonetics check and so on.Results On the 5th day of therapy the curative effect of treatment group was superior to that of control group(P0.01).And on the 10th day,the effect was different between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion Tanreqing injection is effective and safe in treatment of liver cancer surgery.
