Abstract
Majority of people is used to seeking problems from administrative law enforcement. We should seek the cause from administrative law enforcement and seek the social source of the problems because administrative law enforcement is in certain social environment. This paper reveals the cause for the problems and gives suggestions by analyzing the problems in administrative law enforcement field.
