Abstract

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of super-early stage minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 225 patients with hypertensive basal ganglia hemorrhage treated with minimally invasive surgical in our department during July 2002 and June 2012 were divided into the super-early(within cerebral hemorrhage 2-6 h) minimally invasive treatment group(group A,n =116) and deferred(cerebral hemorrhage ≥6 h) minimally invasive treatment group(group B,n = 109),long-term efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Fine rate of postoperative recovery in group A was significantly higher than that of group B(P 0.05),and mortality and complication rate in group A were significantly lower than those of group B(P 0.05).Conclusion The method of super-early stage minimally invasive surgery in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has advantages such as minimally invasive, accurate positioning,a significant effect, fewer complications and better prognosis.
