On the Sentencing Value of Criminal Record System

Abstract
The initial value of criminal record system lies in its influence upon the sentencing evaluation to the latter crime committed by the offender,which belongs to one of the legal circumstances to be considered when imposing on a heavier punishment. The sentencing value of criminal record system is also accepted and widely applied in China,though there are some academic issues to be researched and discussed when applying this circumstance.
