Preparation of Transfer Factor of Porcine Spleen and Detection of its Activity

Abstract
Transfer factor was extracted by freeze-thaw-dialysis from porcine spleen. The activity of transfer factor extracted was analyzed by the mouse peritoneal macrophages phagocytize trial and E-rosette test. The results showed that TF could enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages and increase the E-rosette formation. It was showed that TF had immune-enhancing effect, it would be able to provide the basis for produce and clinical application.
