Abstract
The drought resistance evaluation of 6 brome at seed germination stage was studied by simulated drought stress with different concentrations of PEG-6000 solution. The results showed that seeds, germination percentage, germination tendency, radicle length, germ length, germination index was no changed or not significant declined at4 %,8% of PEG compared to the control; But over 12%PEG,the radicle length, germ length, germination index, germination tendency was declined significantly.the comprehensive evaluation on drought resistance was given based on membership function method indicated that the drought resistance of the 6 species decreased in order of A1A5A6A3A2A4.
