The Current Situation and Prospect of Undertaking International Industrial Transfer in China

At present,undertaking international indus trial transfer in China have some characteristics,such as uneven distribution,concentrated structure of investment industry.And industries transferred are at the low end of industrial chain.To undertake international industrial transfer,we should,first,vigorously carry out regional cooperation,and promote the integration of the industrial chain of the eastern,central and western regions;second,we should insist on the combination of technology import and innovation,and vigorously develop the knowledge industries and technology-intensive industries;third,we should continuously improve our country’s industrial system,and cultivate strategic emerging industries;fourth,we should seize the opportunity of international industrial transfer,and promote the state-owned enterprises’ development of transformation;fifth,we should further optimize the investment environment,and enhance the attractiveness of international industrial transfer;and sixth,we should make scientific plan,and persist in taking the road of sustainable development.
