International industry transfer——Chongqing's opportunity and challenge

Since reform and open-up,coastal areas taking international industry transfer based on processing trade greatly upgrade China’s production ability level and open level.In recent years,according to the change of international and domestic situation,cen-tral government encourages processing trade to transfer to middle and west part of China in order.Chongqing takes international and east industrial transfer and has advantages in modern industrial technology,production factor,self-financial ability,policy and mea-sures but lags behind in human resources,industrial structure and so on.Chongqing should take the opportunity,answer the chal-lenge,and actively take global industrial transfer.
