Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of combination of oral and external application for Xiaoke Huoxue decoction on early diabetic foot.Methods 378 patients with diabetic foot were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,according to traditional Chinese medicine disease diagnosis and therapy standards to determine the clinical effects and statistical analysis.178 cases in control group received routine therapy.200 cases in treatment group were treated by combination of oral and external application for Xiaoke Huoxue decoction.Results The total effective rate in the control group(85.4%) was lower than that in treatment group(97.0%,P0.05).Conclusion Combination of oral and external application for xiaoke Huoxue decoction has obvious effect on early diabetic foot.
