The adoption of this Convention has far-reaching impact on the world maritime industry. Firstly, the background and the main content of the convention above are outlined on this paper. Secondly, the Characteristic of the convention above is analyzed. In the end, the impact of the convention above on the international maritime industry including ours is mainly illustrated.
