Abstract

The goals and procedures of the information management of college personnel archives are researched in this paper,and it is concluded that the authenticity,accuracy and integrality of data collection should be ensured as well as the standardized and safe operation of the management system.Information management of college personnel archives is innovation and reform on the traditional personnel management mode,and the development tendency of college personnel archives management.
