Thoughts on the Optimal Economic Openness for Large Developing Countries

Since the mid-1980s,economic globalization has become the major trend of world economy.But a lot of scholars and policy-makers raise doubts on the validity of the trend while carrying out open economic policies.Based on international economics theory,this paper analyzes the optimal economic openness for large developing countries with the conclusion that large developing countries should take relatively small economic openness.
