A policy study on the situation of a steady increase in global R&D investment

Abstract

There is a steady increase of RD investment in the world.RD investment is increasing in China,but has a very big gap between China and other developed countries.In order to stimulate the R D investment of the country,we must adopt various special policies for the R D investment,such as polices of evaluation achievement to the government RD investment;the macro-polices for the RD investment by enterprises,etc.
