Effects of different nitrogen sources on the growth of cordyceps militaris link

Abstract
Effects of potassium nitrate,peptone,soybean powder,ammonium sulfate,and urea on the growth of Cordyceps militaris link were studied.Results showed that: peptone source culture was the most mycelial pellet,followed by soybean powder source,potassium nitrate source was the worst;peptone source was the best to growth trend of mycelium,while the worst was potassium nitrate source;Soybean powder source was best to dry weight of fruiting body.
