To observe the effect of HPV combined with liquid based cytology test in cervical cancer screening

Objective Application of HPV in cervical cancer screening joint liquid based cytology effects were observed. Methods From the hospital outpatient service of department of gynaecology in from January 2012 to December 2012 received line in patients with cervical cancer screening randomly 320 cases were studied, and randomly divided into control group 160 cases, liquid based cytology examination and observation group 160 cases, HPV joint liquid based cytology, compare the positive detection rate of two groups of patients.Results The positive detection rate of 59.375% in the control group and observation group was 74.375%, by comparison, the observation group is significantly higher than the control group, the differences between groups(P0.05). Conclusion Combined use of HPV in cervical cancer screening and liquid based cytology, can improve the diagnostic accuracy, has high clinical value.
