Abstract
The Three Representations by Jiang Ze-ming is the Communist Manifesto in the new century which delcares to the world that the Chinese Communist Part is the loyal representative of the Chinese people,leading the direction of advanced culture in the interests of the Chinese people in their production.The Three Representations inherits and develops the basic ideology in Marxist Communist Manifesto and plays a far-reaching historical and realistic role and is the Communist Manifesto in the new century.
