Abstract
The problem of rural migrant workers is a ubiquitous issue in big cities and receives extensive attention.Through surveying actual real situation of rural migrant workers in Tianjin construction industry,this paper analyze the employment status of rural migrant workers and reveals the problems that exists in social security,then propose specific solutions to solve issues.
