A Study of the Financial System and Environment of Small Enterprises

Small enterprises have an important status and role in the Chinese social and economic life,which are a major part of China's county economy.In recent years,the growth and development of small enterprises are not so successful,especially that the problem of financing difficulty has not been solved satisfactorily.This is an issue of the small enterprises themselves,but also that of the economic system,the financing system and environment.The main solutions for this problem are as follows: constructing a multi-level institutional financial system for the small enterprises,expanding financing in the capital market,standardizing the development of civil financing,improving the commercial bank credit management mechanism,and promoting the small enterprises' financing through institutional innovations.
