Thought on Building Financing System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise of Our Country

With the increasement of the quantity of small and medium-sized enterprises and the enhancement of their contributions to the development of national economy,the problems of financing difficulties of the enterprises have caused widely concerns by related department and academic circles.The reason of financing difficulties not only caused by the enterprises themselves,but also by the incomplete financing system of our country,the narrow financing channel and the less financing ways,etc.This article presents five suggestions on building our country's financing system of minor enterprises by referring foreign experiences.
