Abstract
Our work aims to find a way that can promote germination of oospores in a short time with high germination rate.It was indicated that oospores age, pretreatment temperature, chemicals can affect the viability of oospores of P.sojae in some extent.Pretreating 30 day-old oospores with KMnO4 at the concentration of 0.4 percent for 20 min,or under 35℃ for five days, can promote activation rate of oospores to 58.49 percent and 83.55 percent respectively. The germination rate reached more than 80 percent in the petri-dish with 3mL root exudates from soybean susceptible variety Sloan at 26℃ for seven days.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
