Abstract

This paper attempts to make an evaluation on regional agricultural recycling economy by applying the approaches of basic evaluation based on the way of AHP and obstacle degree diagnosis divided into single and classified ones.Linquan county in Anhui province was then chosen for the evaluation in question owing to the fact that it is characterized by a comprehensive recycling economic pattern combining industry,agriculture and grazing and by an organizational form of popularizing recycling economic dependent on agricultural technical associations.
