The Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation for the Level of Agricultural Recycling Economy in China

On the basis of expounding connotation of agricultural recycling economy, the comprehensive Index system was established to evaluate the development of agricultural recycling economy. The method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to evaluate the relative condition among 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions(Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan areas were not investigated)in China, and the 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions were classified into 5 grades. The research results given some beneficial reference for every province (region) to realize its position on the aspect of developing agricultural recycling economy and our country to formulate agricultural policy and help the backward provinces(regions) to develop agricultural recycling economy.
