The Application of Different Doses of Dezocine in Elderly after Thoracic Surgery with Patient-Controlled Intravenous Analgesia

Objective To explore the application value of different doses of dezocine in patient-controlled intravenous analgesia in the elderly after thoracic surgery.Methods 60 elderly patients under general anesthesia in operation of thoracic surgery were selected,according to the different doses of Dezocine patients were divided into three groups,20 cases in each group. The low dose group was used Dezocine with 0. 5mg / kg,the medium dose group was used Dezocine with 0.7 mg / kg,the high dose group was used Dezocine with 0.9 mg / kg. The patients' blood pressure,heart rate and the difference of analgesic effect were observed after operation 1 h( T1),4 h( T2),12 h( T3),24 h( T4) respectively.Results All patients with stable vital signs,the low dose group T1 VAS scores were significantly higher than those in the high dose group of patients at the same time point,the difference was statistically significant( P 0.05),compared Ramsay score of two groups there was no statistically significant difference( P 0. 05); high dose group drug adverse reaction rate was significantly higher than that of patients in low and medium dose group,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05). Conclusion The postoperative pain significantly increased with 0.5 mg / kg,the adverse drug reactions increased with 0.9 mg / kg,then 0.7 mg / kg is the best dose for patient-controlled intravenous analgesia after thoracic surgery in elderly patients.
