Determinations of Trace Elements in Different Chinese Jujubes

Abstract

The trace element in jujubes were determined by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry.The content of six kinds of trace elements in jujube are Fe:21.01—31.09mg/kg,Ca:607.40—787.80mg/kg,Cu:1.97—3.58mg/kg,Zn:6.46—14.91mg/kg,Mn:2.64—3.67mg/kg,Mg:3358.60—431.40mg/kg.The trace elements are plentiful in jujube,especially Ca,Mg,Fe.
