Abstract
Prostate Specific Membrane antigen (PSMA) is one of type Ⅱtransmembrane glycoproteins, with higher tissue specificity and membrane connectivity. There were PSMA expressions in the epithelial cells of normal and malignant prostate, as well as the endothelial cells of new capillaries in many malignant solid tumors originated from no-prostate tissue, while very low expression in the other normal tissues. The expression of PSMA was higher in prostatic cancer, especially the hormone-independent prostatic cancer and its metastasis. In recent years, studies on the clinical application of PSMA targeted diagnosis and treatment developed quickly.
