Abstract
An effective oil-decomposing bacterial strain S_(16)was obtained by screening after two months' domesticating, using bean oil as the sole carbon source, and strain identification proved that strain S_(16) belonged to Baccillus subtilis. The factors affecting the degradation were studied. The results showed that the strain could quickly grow under the condition that the intial oil concentration was 400 mg/L,the intial pH was 7.0,the agitation was 200 r/min,and temperature was 40 ℃.The degrading rate on bean oil reached 73.5% after fermentation.
