On evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates

Improving the employment quality of higher vocational graduates has attracted much attention of the whole society.In order to establish scientific,reasonable and quantifiable evaluation system of employment quality of higher vocational graduates,this paper uses the methods of document analysis,questionnaire survey,expert interviews and statistic analysis,thus establishes evaluation system of employment quality which basically is applicable to higher vocational graduates all over the country.Results of samples show that the evaluation system helps to strengthen employment guidance for graduates,encourage students' integrated development and improve employment quality.
