Study on Concurrence between Industrial Injury Insurance and Personal Injury Compensation

It is an important task for the theory circle as well as the practice departments to conduct researches on how to entitle the casualties to remedy and thus solve the social problems caused by industrial injury as much as possible.The remedy for the indemnity of industrial injury has developed into binary-approach mode,forming industrial injury insurance and personal injury compensation coexist.However,the actual law in China doesn't distinctly regulate the applicability of the compensation law for industrial injury.Basing on the research on the relation between industrial injury insurance and personal injury compensation,the article suggests that the mixed solution mode should be the reasonable choice.
