Comparison Study on the Morphologic Characters of Different Sexual Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor

Abstract

[Objective]The purpose of this research was to future realize the morphologic characters of different sexual Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor.[Method]This experiment used cultivated Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor and wild Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor as the experiment materials,the comparison of characters of different sexual Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor were studied.[Result]The results showed that among different sexual Rhodiola sachalinensis A.Bor had differences on morphology.The pistillate plant was slightly higher than that of staminiferous plant.The number of the pistillate leaf blades was more than that of staminiferous plant.The pistillate leaf blades were narrower,longer and thinner than that of the staminiferous ones.The staminiferous stems were thinner than the pistillate plant stems.The number of the staminiferous stalk was obvious more than that of the pistillate plant.The diameter and length of the staminiferous rootstalk was longer than that of the pistillate plant.The number of the staminiferous rootstalks was more than that of the pistillate plant.[Conclusion]This research will provide basically theoretical references for studying sex differentiation mechanism,tissue culture and genetic breeding.
