Abstract

The development of our modern society experienced a great change from material-oriented to people-oriented.Scientific outlook of development abandoned the traditional outlook of development.People-oriented is the essence of the scientific outlook of development.It has wholly new connotation of the times and embodies enough attention to people because of social development of China.We should advocate people-oriented,and above all,we should have a good understanding of it.
