Abstract

Through long-term construction,the contractor and supplier exit a certain relationship in management of material inventory of projects.The paper analyzes the malpractices in traditional management of material inventory of projects and proposes two modes of material inventory based on the supply chain management to solve the problems in the management of material inventory of projects.
